We started Frank People because we saw the same story play out over and over again on our own teams.

Sales leaders either end up doing the bulk of the sourcing and vetting themselves, pulling them away from running deals, coaching their teams, and driving revenue. Or hiring gets handed off to in-house or external recruiters who are solid on process, but generalists by nature, meaning they’ve never actually worked in sales and don’t know how to properly evaluate sales acumen.

Both paths are inefficient. Both create risk. And neither is a great use of a sales leader’s time.
